When I was called to my Faith in the Fall of 2011, I was immediately hit in the face with a tough reconciliation point. I was a single mom and the more I studied about what my role was as a woman of Faith, the more I realized that there was not very much out there that spoke to my season in life. I mean, how do you apply terms like submission and surrender to your life in practical ways when no one covers you? How do you balance femininity and the role of head of household? Even the little that was out there did nothing to speak to the orthodox nuances of Torah observance, and the lists of questions just continued to grow after I got married. Journey2Surrender was built to share what I learned, and continue to learn, in my journey to answer these questions, and more, and apply to answers to the everyday aspects of life.
